Training

We are the only agency to provide fully comprehensive compulsory training for all levels of staff on our books. We believe in investment of our staff and giving them the tools to do their jobs. It's also a really good way for staff to meet one another and forge alliances for that important tea break in the staff rooms.

Introduction Training

All levels of staff are given introduction training. Even NQT and PGCE students need to be prepared for the world of supply teaching. Graduate staff and cover supervisors are given advanced introduction training, while SEN and support staff are offered TeamTeach training from our in house consultants.

Ongoing Training

This is offered for all variable roles and delivered based on the relevancy of job title, for example; CMIS or Interactive white board training.

Masters level training is offered in association with a reputable Southern University and accredited by them. This is for the teacher who continuously wants to increase their knowledge and professional growth. It is also extremely useful to keep more expreienced teachers up to date with various issues.
