Here at Keystage Recruitment, we service 3 different types of schools:

• SEN (Special Educational Needs)

Primary  

Keystage have NQT to M6 qualified primary teachers available immediately for day to day and long term cover, as well as having teachers who specialise in nursery, KS1 and KS2, so whatever your cover needs we will be able to help.

We also have quality experienced teaching assistants available immediately.

All our teachers and teaching assistants are List 99 and Enhanced CRB cleared, with two good references.

As a smaller local agency we offer a friendly and professional approach whist providing the highest calibre of teachers. Each teacher is taken through a lengthy interview process, and only fully qualified Teachers with two great references and a relevant Enhanced CRB will be taken on our books.

Keystage also offer a genuine 24 hour on call system, so, if you find out on sunday that you need cover for a monday morning, an experienced consultant will be able to find you a teacher immediately. All our teachers are asked to arrive early at school, sign in and obtain their supply information pack. Before we send a teacher to you we will make them aware of the individual procedures of your school so that they will be able to deal effectively with issues and prevent time wasting.
We also deal with all invoicing and payroll in house so any problems can be solved immediately.

Secondary 

Keystage are able to provide day to day teachers, permanent teachers, experienced teaching instructors, cover supervisors, teaching assistants and exam invigilators. We can also provide specialist subject specific cover along with excellent 'all-round' teachers who can provide general cover in those emergency cases. 

Keystage believe in investing in our teachers and provide free training courses from classroom management to interactive whiteboard training.

Keystage understand the importance of providing a fast and efficient service whist ensuring only the highest calibre of teachers, so, to combat morning cover madness, Keystage offer a genuine 24hr on call service. We divert the office phone to a mobile enabling you to reach an experienced consultant on evenings and weekends.

We do not believe in hefty induction fees for filling permanent placements, our prices are not only reasonable but highly competitive. This genuine approach is followed through with our teachers. We pay all of our teachers to scale attracting the best teachers in our area. All our teachers are aware of the importance of arriving early to your school and before we send a teacher to you we will make them aware of the individual procedures of your school so that they will be able to deal effectively with issues and prevent time wasting. Keystage Recruitment deal with all invoicing and payroll in house so any issues can be solved immediately.

SEN (Special Educational Needs)

Keystage have NQT to M6 qualified SEN teachers available immediately for day to day and long term cover. We have teachers who specialise in Behavioural and Physical Special Educational Needs, so whatever your cover requirements we will be able to help.

We also have experienced teaching assistants trained in specific areas such as moving and handling. 

All our teachers and assistants are L99 and CRB clear with two good references.

Keystage understand the importance of providing reliable, experienced and fully trained teachers and assistants. Each teacher is taken through an lengthy in-depth interview process, and we only employ teachers who provide proof of all qualifications along with an Enhanced CRB and from 2010, registration with the Vetting & Barring Scheme. We make all of our teachers aware of the importance of arriving early to a school giving them time to sign in and read through the supply pack. We feel it is of the up most importance that before we send a teacher to an SEN school that we research the individual procedures in place at the school and inform the teacher fully of these.
