Julie operates extremely high standards and brings a wealth of personal experience to KeyStage and is involved with every aspect of recruitment, training and placement of teachers which maintains the personal approach of KeyStage to both staff and schools alike.

Joanne started out at an accountancy practice where she completed her qualifications having worked in various accounting establishments, Joanne then pursued a career within the Local Education Authority.

Joanne was then head hunted by reputation to KeyStage to manage and coordinate all the financial matters at KeyStage Head office.

Joanne is the person to speak to regarding payroll and invoicing matters. Hher professional and friendly approach speeds up all enquiries as she is a pleasure to deal with.

Sharon an experienced Recruitment Consultant, is a graduate from Newcastle University. Sharon has over 8 years experience in Office Management and Customer Service Roles.

Sharon oversees the smooth running of the Stockton Branch and endeavours to create and maintain good working relationships with the local schools in the North East. To achieve this, we believe it is vitally important to visit all of the schools that wish to use our supply service, and get a 'feel' for the schools personality so that we can provide the right teacher.

Sharon is a very valued member of the KeyStage team, and operates a very tight ship with enthusiasm and integrity. Sharon is now one of the key trainers in the company and delivers training in all aspects of supply teaching and classroom management. If you have any queries you can be assured that Sharon will be on hand to oblige willingly.

Joanna is an experienced Recruitment Consultant originally trained in Industry.

Joanna then began a career in Education at Conyers School in Yarm as a Supply Teacher coordinator, PA and Administrator. For many years Joanna worked on the other side of the telephone dealing with internal and agency supply staff.

Joanna brings a wealth of insider information about how things should be done from a teaching agency and knows instinctively which teacher will fit at which establishment.

Joanna has very high standards and is a pleasure to deal with as she knows only too well what its like for our schools.

Having worked at the Stockton Branch coordinating both schools and teachers like a super hero, Beth is now the Manager of KeyStage Recruitment Manchester.

Jude is a qualified Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities (RNLD) graduating from York University. She has 8 years experience in challenging behaviour and mental health diagnosis her specialisim being the education of staff on appropriate support.

Since leaving the NHS as a community nurse, Jude has joined Keystage Recruitment transferring with her high standards and expectations of staff. This approach ensures schools' needs are matched as closely as possible to qualified teachers and teaching assistants. Her enthusiasm to obtain a smooth service entails regular visits and reassessments of our SEN schools.
