KeyStage Recruitment Ltd was formed out of the need for a professional, local, educational staff provider in the Teesside, Durham and Leeds areas. The company founders, having many years experience of the industry, looked into what is really needed in this niche market before starting the company. The key downfalls of competitor staffing agencies were poor quality security checks and bad customer service, so KeyStage Recruitment put these issues at the centre of our ethos, and we continuously strive to live by this promise. We pride ourselves on paying teachers to scale and our excellent teaching staff, which are committed to us due to our faultless payroll system and administration of wages. Also, we offer all teaching staff a company contribution pension scheme and a fully comprehensive personal development training schedule, plus ongoing support from experienced education consultants.

Our exemplary teachers are only appointed once they pass our stringent screening policy and complete our teacher classroom management training. In addition, we only appoint staff that have 2 great references, clean List 99 and CRB checks that are FREE OF ANY RELEVANT CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS which may pose a risk to your establishment. In addition all our staff will be registered in 2010 by the ISA Vetting and Barring scheme.
